On April 8th, AXIS was honored to receive Dimitri Demianenko, Deputy General Consul of France in LA, and French Educational Attaché, Benoit Labat, for a ceremony officially awarding the Label FrancÉducation to our French immersion program.
We were also joined by Dr. Terry Croy Lewis from the Colorado Charter School Institute and Dr. Angelika Schroeder from the Colorado State Board of Education. Our students performed songs and dances from around the Francophone world, and we were joined by many AXIS families and community members.
